Actress Katie Holmes attended the MTV Video Music Awards last night as a presenter looking rocher chic in a black and sheer Azzadine Alaia mini dress with a banded waist and brown Proenza Schouler booties.  She kept her look youthful with wavy tresses, a smokey eye and accessorized with a black watch and a black bracelet.
