Gossip Girl actress Tika Sumpter was among the handful of celebrities that braced the snow and hail on Wednesday evening to fete designer Rebecca Taylor’s 15th Anniversary and the opening of her flagship store in the Meatpacking District. Dressed in a strapless floral frock and a chocolate floppy hat, the former One Life to Live actress and new NYC it girl posed for paparazzi and fans. Of course what gave Tika more style points was her choice of footwear. She wore the United Nude Block Pump in a greige color.
