The New York City Ballet had a special one-time-only performance to celebrate its new fall season on October 7. Newly-elected Board member and gala chair, Sex and the City’s Sarah Jessica Parker, had camera flashes going nuts when she hit the red carpet. The actress is extremely humble and a rarity in Hollywood. New York socialites, philanthropists and dance enthusiasts hit the red carpet in gorgeous designer frocks and tuxedos.
