Chanel to Launch Trio of Khaki Nail Lacquers on Fashion’s Night Out

Remember the big commotion behind Chanel’s Jade Le Vernis Nail Colour from Autumn Winter 2009? Yea so do we. We’ve got the $90 bottle we snagged on Ebay because we just had to have it sitting on our shelf.  It’s after all Chanel and the nail color was in demand. It still is. This Fall, the demand is going to be even higher for three colors Chanel is launching on Fashion’s Night Out in New York City.  

Chanel Makeup creative director Peter Phillips is created a limited edition set of khaki nail lacquers that have gotten our little nails and toes dancing with glee. The three colors: Khaki Brun, an earthy gray-brown; Khaki Rose, a muted terra-cotta; and Khaki Vert, a mossy green which Style.com is predicting to be “this fall’s answer” to last year’s Jade. Chanel is offering FNOers a complimentary manicure so girls and boys who visit the store on that night will try the new color.  There surely will be long waiting lines for this complimentary service because as we said  earlier, it is after all Chanel.
