How can I frown at the gloomy winter weather when I know what’s in store for spring? I saw Opening Ceremony’s spring/summer 2010 collection and fell in love. It’s a rite of spring with neutrals, florals, shorts, ruffles and swing tops and dresses. I am dying for a pair of the fuschia bow peeptoe booties. Aren’t they so adorable?
