The weather is starting to get a bit more nippy, which means it’s time to unearth cozy fall clothing. Another part of my wardrobe I cherish probably even more than my dresses are my fall boots, which range from cowboy boots and knee length boots to booties and mukluks. Boots are so versatile in the fall and winter that they become my go to shoe from September until March, with the exception of pumps and sandals for evening wear.
Recently at the DC United game, my friends Courtney and Jaclyn joined Nadine and me for a night out at RFK. We couldn’t’ figure out what to wear to the soccer game but one this was for sure, all three of us decided to wear boots to the game since the weather was going to get a bit more chilly in the evening. Courtney and Jaclyn opted for skinny jeans tucked into their boots and a tank and I went for a dress with my Steve Madden Gimbal boots adorned with the2Bandits bows on the top.
In the fall and winter, I sometimes wear boots with a over the knee sweater dress but rock some long argyle socks that peek above the boots for a playful look. Above are a few of my favorite finds.
