Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony for the fall

For its 100th anniversary, Pendleton has partnered with Opening Ceremony to create a capsule collection using its Navajo prints. The all American heritage brand for the first time in its history has done a collaboration with another brand and I approve whole heartedly. The Native American prints on the jackets, pants, skirts and basics are so modern. I absolutely love Opening Ceremony’s designs. I want every single piece in the capsule collection as part of my fall wardrobe. The third jacket would look fabulous with knee length riding boots and a deep red hammered silk dress.

The Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony collection hits stores August 2009. I will be keeping my eye open for that jacket and the skirt (second from left). The collection also includes some jackets and pants for the gents.
