Don’t wait until the last minute to get your tickets to one of Washington’s must attend sample sale events. The District Sample Sale is back and this time with lots of boutiques slashing the prices on must have items for Spring social events in Washington. I suggest you go for the VIP tickets, which are $100 but get you into the sample sale an hour early (5:30PM-6:30PM) so that you can dig through the clothing, accessories, shoes and jewelry before the general public gets in at 6:30pm. This year’s event is on March 18 at 3336 M Street, NW. Proceeds from the District Sample Sale benefit Kid Power, a non-profit youth organization that provides youth development programming to 250 youth from underserved communities in the District of Columbia. So grab a few girl friends and shop til you drop.
