Glamour Girl featured in Washingtonian as the Frugal Fashionista

McLean Robbins, writer of the Shop Around blog for the Washingtonian magazine, started a new column called Frugal Fashionista, and featured me in her first challenge. I was tasked with finding shoes and accessories for a black dress I already owned to wear to a cocktail party. The catch: everything had to be $50 or under.
