Look of the day award goes to Melanie Brown. This former Spice Girl needs to change her name to Sensational Spice because clearly this look is not scary. The chanteuse was spotted in Monte Carlo on a photocall for “Dancing with the Stars” at the 2008 Monte Carlo Television Festival.
