Betsey Johnson’s spring/summer 08 collection a trip back in time. Her prom themed show featured prom styles through the ages, from the 1950s to the 1990s. My favorites in the show were the 50s inspired full tulle skirts in gorgeous pastel colors. The second picture below just might be my dress for the Capital Club Sinatra Soiree on July 24. I just hope I can find this dress in the store or get it ordered in time. What makes Betsey’s dresses such a hit is that they are wearable and timeless. I have Betsey Johnson dresses in my closet I bought seven years ago that still look fabulous today. [Vogue UK]
