A couple of years back, my mom and I used to drive up to Eastern Market every Saturday morning to look go art, jewelry and great bargains. A long the way, we bonded and started a tradition that is going strong. For the past couple of months however, we have not been able to go because my mom has been working so much and I have been so busy with personal projects. This weekend, my mom and I have decided to commence our weekend tradition and go to the Eastern Market shops and explore local merchants and what they have in stock. Right now I am on crutches due to a broken fibula so I can’t really fit my leg in pants. I have this cute Diane Von Furstenberg Ora dress I bought a while back that have not seen the light of day. The weather is going to be pretty nice this weekend so I am going to be wearing this dress with a white Longchamps bag or an old white Liz Claiborne straw bag I bought a couple of years back. Now my biggest problem is the shoes. I can’t wear a shoe on one foot so I will be wearing my Lanvin or Tory Burch flats. I cannot sacrifice style just because I am hurt. Don’t you just love the Mui Mui sunglasses? So adorable and they match the dress. Rock on!
