I’ve been watching Pretty In Pink with Molly Ringwald and James Spader all week so for my midweek manicure, I decided to choose a vibrant pink color to kick off summer.  I’ve been meaning to try the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color in Flashy Fuchsia since receiving a big shipment of polishes to try.

The Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color in Flashy Fuchsia is a vibrant pink color with a bluish tint to it.  It looks amazing on different skin tones.  The wide brush takes a little getting used to and if you have smaller nail beds, might be a little annoying.  It took just two strokes to cover my nails.

Formula:  The formula is a bit thicker than normal so just one coat will give you an opaque finish.  It dries pretty instantly but I did leave the first coat on for three minutes before applying the second coat.  The bottle itself fits perfectly in my  hand for easy application.

After applying the Sally Hansen Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat to the polish, I got a very nice glossy sheen that has lasted for three days now.  The polish doesn’t chip or peel but that’s probably because I used a base coat and made sure to seal my tips with my top coat.

FINAL VERDICT: This polish is a must have in your summer kit if you are looking for a bright color for the beach. As previously stated, the color dries pretty fast so if you are in a rush for the pool, this is a must try formula.
