FASHION WEEK Men's Style — 24 June 2013

John Varvatos 2John Varvatos ready to wear spring men’s 2014 collection was one that made rockers look far more glitzy than we are use to. Predominately dark in color for a spring, it was a presentation of suits, jackets, frocks and car coats that will give men plenty of options for spring 2014.

John Varvatos collection pulled the rocker feel outward with the texture lots of texture. The ends of scarves were rough and unfinished, while chains and metal zippers gave a heavy metel compliment. The transition between muted suits and those that shined aided in a sleek collection. Waistcoats with embroidered patterns and slightly ombred shirts added personality.

Brilliant orange suits brought excitement to the John Varvatos collection. The mixture of suits made the models truly refined with a notable edge. It was a West Side Story meets the Rolling Stones feel that made look after look simple incredible to watch.
