As the weather warms up, hemlines get shorter and there’s no better time to start shopping for flirty dresses than now. So while perusing Old Navy for a few items for my trip to Chicago this weekend, I stumbled upon a plethora of dresses currently on sale for $20 or less. I’ve got four of them on my shopping list and will probably be getting all of them for $40 or under. Now how about that for a steal.
