Target is teaming up with footwear brand Sam Edelman on a 20-piece shoe collection for the more affordable Sam & Libby label.  Launching May 2013, the collection will include sandals, flats, platform wedges and pumps starting at $24.99.  The Sam & Libby relaunch comes as a good time as its partnership with JC Penney seems to be whittling down. Only two sketches have been released so far but we’re kind of excited about this because we definitely like what we see.
