CELEBRITY STYLE FASHION Inauguration THE SCENE — 22 January 2013

Michelle Obama was the lady in red last night at the Inauguration Ball, where she donned a red gown by none other than designer Jason Wu, whom she wore to the first inauguration. She chose a tomato red, floor-length custom made gown by Wu. Wearing a second Jason Wu gown was a curve ball most of the fashion world was not expecting her to repeat the same designer on inauguration. But all we have to say is Jason is #WINNING.

The gown, made of chiffon and velvet, had a keyhole neckline with a gold embellished ring and a column skirt. The First Lady accessorized with red Jimmy Choo kitten heels and stacked bracelets.
