Awards shows are the perfect excuse to get dolled up and blinged out in the most expensive jewels and dresses.  For a lot of B-list celebrities, this is the perfect time to ask designers for lavish pieces that will get them press.  Dancing With the Stars alum turned actress Julianne Hough oozed of old Hollywood glamour at the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards wearing an aqua green Georges Hobeika that fit her like a glove.

The strapless body-con dress with a mermaid train showed off Julianne’s to-die-for body.  She kept her accessories simple with a pair of 10ct Marquise Diamond Cluster Earrings and 8ct Asscher Cut Diamond Band Ring, both from Norman Silverman. Each item retailed for $200,000.  That’s a total of $400,000 worth of bling adorning her body.  Add the jewel encrusted Judith Leiber clutch and the shoes she’s wearing and the price of her accessories jump up.
