In anticipation for the start of Glee’s 4th season tonight (September 13th), the cast hit the red carpet for the show’s star studded premiere at Paramount Studios last night.  Celebrity hairstylist Helen Jeffers reveals how she achieved Jenna Ushkowitz’s sleek style for the celebration using White Sands Hair Care.

1. First, I sectioned the hair off and applied a generous amount of White Sands Liquid Texture Firm Hold Thermal Styling Spray to each section of damp hair. I use Liquid Texture when I am straightening or curling as it adds incredible control and shine. It also helps the hair strands to lay smooth without weighing down the hair.

2. I blow dried each section straight with a large round brush, working through until her entire head was done.

3. I then used a very hot thermal straightening iron on each section to create a mirror like, sleek style perfect for the red carpet.

4. I finished the look and locked in the shine by running a small amount of White Sands Orchids Oil through the hair to complete Jenna’s style.
