Spotted! Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester glows on the cover of the April issue of Marie Claire.  On the cover, Meester wears a bright yellow Reed Krakoff dress, looking all American girl next door with a fresh face and bangs.  Inside the magazine is a candid interview with Allison Glock, in which the actress talks about her humble beginnings, starting her career out in the modeling world and later moving into television and film.
