Thierry Mugler “Angel” Perfume Turns 20

Making Of The Perfume Bottle 'angel' By Thierry Mugler

The iconic women’s fragrance, Thierry Mugler’s “Angel,” recently celebrated its 20th birthday in the United States. After 608 trials,¬†Olivier Cresp and Yves de Chirin unveiled the fragrance in 1992 to great criticism. At the time, the fragrance was rejected because of its mystery and innovation. Women were not used to the scent or the eccentric shape of the bottle.

Today, the fragrance is renowned as a standard women’s perfume and has seen great success in the last 20 years. Cheers to many more decades to come, Angel.
