Not to be out shined, The Hills bad girl, Audrina Partridge, looked hot in a secretary-esque outfit at a recent event. What made this look hot was that instead of wearing a black skirt and a yellow top, she flipped the colors. The canary yellow high waisted 3.1 Philip Lim skirt is smoking.
