Elise Neal in Stella McCartney at 2013 NAACP Image Awards

Elise Neal knocked it out of the park in the black Stella McCartney Exter Miracle One Shoulder Dress ($1,448) at the 2013 NAACP Image Awards, held in the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

Neal dazzled all the way down to her Jimmy Choo Tempest Sequin Sandals ($550) and Tory Burch Reva Leather purse. Though she could have left the overt logo purse at home and instead opted for the Jimmy Choo Silver Mirror clutch.
