Heart Truth Red Dress Collection

I’ve attended the Diet Coke Heart Truth Red Dress Collection runway show for the past four years, and each time walk away with motivation to get healthy and take better care of myself, specifically my heart.  So when Diet Coke asked me to be one of a few Digital Correspondents for this year’s Red Dress Collection runway show, I jumped at the chance to be a voice to my peers and readers, a majority of whom are women.

With actress Minka Kelly as its ambassador, this year’s Heart Truth Red Dress campaign aims to not only educate women about heart health, but also to raise pertinent funds to for the Foundation at the National Institute of Health to fund women’s heart health programs, education and treatment.  With your support, Diet Coke will donate up to $100,000 to the Foundation.  Helping is as simple as posting a message on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #ShowYourHeart.

You can check out my review of the show as well as outfit posts leading up to the event by clicking the links below.  I’ve compiled a few photos I took backstage with my Canon EOS Rebel Xti before the celebrities walked down the runway for your viewing pleasure.  Please make sure to link back should you choose to use any of my images.

And now for some awesome photos. Enjoy!

I was coveting the dresses worn by the Diet Coke Ambassadors.  A sleeveless red dress with a peplum? Yes please! I am loving the bangs.
