Because Disney is without it’s crazy starlets, Miley Cyrus takes over the reins after Britney Spears’ epic meltdowns with her subtle descent into womanhood.  The Hannah Montana star and country singer is trying desperately to shed her teeny bopper image by debuting a newly shorn hair cut that frankly makes her a bit unrecognizable.  If this is her way of getting ready for her wedding to hottie Liam Hemsworth, we’re on pins and needles to see her wedding gown.

Cyrus, who is no stranger to controversy, performed at deejay Bongore’s Christmas Creampies concert in Los Angeles wearing what I describe as Fran Fine gone horribly wrong.  Her cutout crop top with handcuff chain necklace draped around her neck and then harnessing her torso left us a bit speechless.  For such a svelte performer, the super tight pants left her with an unforgivable muffin top.  On a brighter note, we’re digging her over the knee snakeskin boots.
