Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale has nabbed the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine’s September issue.  The 22-year-old who earned the Teen Choice Award for her role as Aria on the hit ABC Family show opens up about having an eating disorder, the pressures of fitting the ideals of Hollywood and her relationship with Secret Circle actor Chris Zylka.

On her eating disorder: “I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem…It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”

On her instant attraction to boyfriend, actor Chris Zylka: “I was like ‘holy crap you’re gorgeous!’…It was like no one else was there. We couldn’t stop talking.”

Hale, who enjoys singing, has inked a deal with Hollywood Records to release a country album.  On the cover of the Cosmo September issue, she bears her midriff wearing a yellow utility shirt tied at the bust and lowrise light rinse jeans.  Check out details and more photos from the issue at www.cosmopolitan.com.
