NEWS FLASH — 12 June 2012

Vogue has nabbed its September 2012 issue cover girl and it’s none other than the 2011 CFDA Awards’ Fashion Icon award recipient, Lady Gaga.  The singer’s first cover for the American fashion magazine was back in March 2011, the second biggest selling issue of the year.

Grace Coddington is going to pull out all the stop to style Lady Gaga in some fierce fashions, hopefully some couture, Gareth Pugh and some of the singer’s other favorite designers for Vogue’s biggest issue of the year.

Women’s Wear Daily also reports that Gaga has shot the campaign images for her debut fragrance, Monster, which she says will smell of “blood and semen.” Hmmmm!  The campaign images were shot by legendary fashion photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Look out for Gaga’s fragrance this fall and the September issue cover late summer/early August.
