Kate Middleton in Temperely London at Wimbledon

June 27, 2011

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has solidified her status as an emerging fashion icon around the world.  The newest Royal was spotted with her husband, Prince William, this morning at Wimbledon, wearing a white three tiered dress by Temperley London.  Known for her classically conservative style, Kate kept her look simple with nude accessories, which included her favorite L.K. Bennett Sledge2 pumps and an envelope clutch.

Kate isn’t big on accessories, which is refreshing because she doesn’t really need much to stand out of the pack.  She wore her sapphire and diamond engagement ring and matching earrings, both of which belonged to William’s late mother Princess Diana. She also wore the charm bracelet that has her Royal monogram “C” on it and carried a dark chocolate jacket.

The Temperley London Moraiah Dress is from the previous season so the white is completely sold out.  Don’t fret though because you can still nab the black one on the brand’s site on sale for $600.  The dress is youthful but demure with a structured bodice, tiered skirt and scalloped cutouts on the straps.  The back of the dress has a slightly exposed zipper with the scalloping cutout playfully covering her back.

The equally well dressed Prince William watches pensively as Kate, who seems to be an actively astute spectator, gets into the game.  Love his blue suit with red tie combo. It’s very classic.
