The celebrity stylist for Gossip Girl and designer of a new collection of Charlotte Russe dresses will be at the NYC store to greet and snap a photo with the first 50 fans to arrive. As an added bonus, these lucky shoppers will also receive a $50 Charlotte Russe gift card.
